Summary:

Led the development of a comprehensive loyalty program for the renowned bookstore, Strand, from inception. Managed diverse campaigns, meeting objectives in paid search, display ads, and social media. The project, a culmination of 140 hours of immersive coursework, aimed to engage customers and stimulate future purchases through a data-driven, multi-channel marketing approach.
